Meet Chef Ashley Lonsdale
ASHLEY LONSDALE is our Chef-in-Residence where she encourages consumers to cook more nutritious meals through approachable recipes and useful hints for home cooks. Her driving passion is helping people build their confidence in the kitchen by finding flavor and recipe options that inspire them, regardless of experience level.
HER HUNGER FOR HELPING extends to building a love of cooking from a young age. Ashley serves on the junior board of the Food Education Fund, a nonprofit supporting culinary-focused public high school students in New York City. Her personal newsletter, FOODSTAR, is full of cooking advice and easy recipes.
A GRADUATE of the French Culinary Institute, Ashley has spent years as a private chef, line cook in top New York City kitchens, and culinary director for food brands like, Daily Harvest.
HER COMFORT FOOD is Sichuan noodles, her favorite snack is any kind of chaat, and when she needs a sweet treat she reaches for pistachio gelato.
